Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient goals
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy processes and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain professional documentation of patient care and progress
• Diagnose and treat physical therapy conditions
• Counsel patients on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle adjustments

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
