Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations
• Develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapies tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Offer patient education and make referrals as necessary
• Delegate tasks to assistants
• Document care in compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred)
• Physical Therapist License
• No prior experience required

Weekdays only; no weekends.
