Physical Therapist - Outpatient

About the role
You will evaluate, direct, plan, and treat patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve maximum functional independence. The role involves developing and conducting individualized treatment using appropriate techniques and modalities, modifying treatment plans based on patient progress, and maintaining communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and direct patient treatment to maximize functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various techniques and modalities.
- Modify treatment plans and goals based on changes in patient status and capabilities.
- Maintain communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and family members to facilitate problem-solving, program planning, and education.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current State of Connecticut license.
- Ability to clearly explain clinical, technical, and diagnostic procedures to clients and their families.
Schedule
Full Time: Monday - Friday
