Responsibilities
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. Prefer candidates with orthopedic clinical specialty.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
- Preferred: Master's Degree
- Preferred: 6 months of relevant experience
- Required upon hire: Physical Therapist license – State of Michigan
- Required upon hire: Driver's License – State of Michigan (Home Care Business Lines)
- Required within 90 days: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association OR American Red Cross
Skills
Orthopedic clinical specialty preferred.
