CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based outpatient clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH. For 10 years, we've helped adults 40+ stay active, mobile, and out of the surgery, injection, and medication cycle. Our clientele is mostly in their 40s and up: active, intelligent, curious individuals who ask great questions and have a vested interest in agency over their health, movement, and longevity. They don’t just want pain to disappear—they want to understand what’s happening, get stronger, stay active, and keep doing the things that matter to them for decades to come.
