Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role: Physical Therapist in outpatient rehabilitation, responsible for improving patient outcomes through hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement. Collaborates with physical therapy assistants and a multidisciplinary team to treat patients of all ages and abilities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement therapy programs to address physical or developmental dysfunctions.Reassess and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and families on home programs and preventive measures.Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient progress.Adhere to departmental policies, safety, and infection control standards.Participate in educational programs, meetings, and special projects. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred.NM Physical Therapy license required.BLS certification at hire.New graduates encouraged to apply.
