Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Overview We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with hand therapy experience to provide skilled outpatient services in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include educating patients, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and completing accurate documentation. The position emphasizes patient-centered, 1:1 care and requires assessment, reassessment, and consultation for physical therapy services.
