Physical Therapist Outpatient

Location: Milwaukee, WI | Facility: Rawson Outpatient Clinic | Department: Rehabilitation

Schedule

20 hours per week, Part-Time with flexible scheduling: Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Monday, Wednesday during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Design Custom Recovery Paths: Perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care that meets the patient where they are.
• Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.
• Empower Families: Partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.
• Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration (Required):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
  • Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s): Driver’s License.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred.
• Work Experience: None required.
