- Must have current License as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- PREFERRED: May have Temporary Practice Permit as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania; must be licensed within 3 months of hire
- MUST COMPLETE FIMS within 6 months of hire
- MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CPR CERTIFICATION within 1 year of hire
