Physical Therapist - Outpatient 1:1 Care

About the role

Provides objective assessments and develops individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under supervision, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and standards of care. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises patients directly
• Oversees rehabilitation technicians
• Manages PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts
• Performs duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current or temporary licensure in the practice state
• BLS certification required
• Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in rehabilitation, focusing on adult and geriatric care

Pay

Compensation includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, day hours, no weekends or holidays.
