Responsibilities
- Evaluates/assesses needs of referred patients and formulates treatment plans.
- Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans.
- Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record.
- May supervise physical therapy assistants, therapy techs, and students.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Program (minimum Bachelor's Degree).
- Good interpersonal/human relations skills;
- Good oral/written communication skills;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Superior organizational skills.

The Physical Therapist 1 works Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, LA.
