Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training to promote patient function and independence
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, dignity, and goal achievement for residents
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, supporting their mobility, safety, and overall well-being, while fostering a respectful and supportive environment
