Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions under PT supervision
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities
• Document patient progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Provide therapy services to improve function and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, supporting a collaborative, evidence-based, growth-oriented environment
