About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
• Documenting patient progress and educating patients and caregivers
• Contributing to a patient-centered culture that emphasizes dignity, clinical excellence, and professional growth

Requirements

• Relevant licensure or certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support patient needs
