Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings to improve mobility, function, and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Document patient progress and educate patients and their families
