About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Relevant licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
