Role: Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient‑centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings.Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.Deliver therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility, function, and independence.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
