Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and home care
• Deliver high-quality rehabilitative care, support patient independence, and promote dignity
• Foster professional growth and mentorship within a collaborative environment
