Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists
• Leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities
• Providing patient and family education to support recovery and wellness
• Documenting patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care and contribute to care planning
