About the role

Build and shape the clinic’s culture, team, and patient experience while overseeing day-to-day operations, recruitment, community outreach, and financial management. Develop staff and ensure high-quality care in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist

Pay

$90,000–$115,000 annually, with bonus potential and equity ownership in the clinic.
