Physical Therapist - Oklahoma City, OK

About the role

Premise Health partners with companies to provide onsite health services. As a Part Time Physical Therapist, you will provide care to client employees at the Health Center in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on preventive care, employee wellness, and collaborative interdisciplinary care within an onsite clinic setting, supporting Premise Health’s mission to help people get, stay, and be well.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑centered physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with APTA standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, and community providers to promote health and wellness.
• Participate in Health Center meetings, patient care meetings, and contribute through documentation and reporting to onsite and community referral sources.
• Engage in continuing competence activities such as peer review, presentations, and optional grand rounds.
• Work with client stakeholders (safety officers, ergonomists, HR, vendors) to promote employee safety in the workplace.
• Develop and administer injury prevention and health promotion presentations, workshops, and programs (e.g., Weekend Warrior musculoskeletal screens, Triathlon preparation workshops, Health Back Programs, Stretch and Flex exercise classes).
• Teach “real time” proper body mechanics at employees’ workstations and assess/correct poor ergonomics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum education required).
• At least three years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or ambulatory care clinic, with required outpatient orthopedic experience.

Qualifications

• Current state license(s) and certifications to practice physical therapy.
• Current board certificate (if applicable).
• Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy school.
• CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) – must include hands‑on evaluation; online‑only courses not accepted; must meet AHA standards.

Schedule

Part‑time schedule: Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
