Physical Therapist Northwoods Lodge PRN/Part-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
• Affords assistance to patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while teaching them to live within the limits of their capabilities.
• Collaborates with all other home care personnel in developing patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved educational program in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state license required.
• Ability to interact well with patients, family members, physicians, supervisor, and staff.
