Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
  • Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, territory, market alignment and subject to negotiation: $55.00 - $65.00 per point ($85,800 - $101,400 annual earning potential).
