Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long‑term success
• Document care using BAYADA’s intuitive EMR system

Qualifications

• Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling (full‑time and part‑time options)

• Base pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $57.00‑$60.00 per point
