About the Role

Upstream Rehabilitation offers a fantastic opportunity to travel throughout a network of 1200+ clinics while delivering best-in-class physical therapy care to patients. As an Upstream Physical Therapy Traveler, you will receive in-house support and work across a variety of brands and opportunities. Once your travel assignments are complete, the company aims to help you transition to a permanent home clinic that suits you, including leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Excel at providing specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
