About the Role

Pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities. Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism. Drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Benefit from the flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Pay

• The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $102,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
