Physical Therapist – Mobile Concierge Care (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia)

About the role

Active Health Solutions is a mobile physical therapy practice providing one-on-one, hour-long sessions in patients' homes, offices, and gyms. We're seeking a passionate and motivated Travel Physical Therapist to join our growing team and deliver exceptional care to our patients across the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Provide direct, hands-on, one-hour treatment sessions with each patient
• Educate and empower patients to understand and manage their condition
• Collaborate with a supportive network of physical therapists
• Manage your own caseload and travel efficiently between patient locations

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of full-time clinical experience
• Active licensure in DC
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a mobile setting
• Outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine experience preferred, but not required
