School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Leave Coverage 10/5/26-12/18/26 Location: Portland, OR Model: Full-Time | On-site School Year: 2026–2027 Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Physical Therapists to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities

• Conduct physical assessments to evaluate students’ gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students’ participation and success in school activities.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on improving strength, coordination, posture, mobility, and other physical skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to modify classroom environments, implement assistive technology, and develop accommodations for students.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development of goals and services for students.
• Monitor and document students' progress in therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Educate teachers and families on
