Active Health Solutions is a mobile physical therapy practice providing one-on-one, hour-long sessions in patients' homes, offices, and gyms. We're hiring a Physical Therapist in Northern Virginia to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional, relationship-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, one-hour treatment sessions in a mobile setting
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment approach, and long-term self-management
• Manage your own caseload and travel efficiently between patient locations
• Collaborate with a network of experienced physical therapists for support and professional growth

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Minimum of one year of full-time clinical experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine experience preferred, not required
