About the role
FOX Rehabilitation is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice dedicated to providing physical therapy services to older adults in their communities through Geriatric House Calls™. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
- Help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes.
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
- Enjoy the flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Current CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for geriatric care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role in Massachusetts is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) positions will be pro-rated.
Schedule
Available on a PRN/Flex - PPU basis (Paid Per Unit).
