Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehab (Full-Time, Day Schedule)

Position Summary

Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients requiring physical therapy. Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care aligned with professional standards and state regulations.

Sign-On Bonus

$5,000 available for eligible external hires and rehires meeting specific criteria.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of specialized coursework or training if required by the department.
• Successful Client (Client) background check required upon hire for applicable departments (PL540/PCC and PL580/BNC).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans accurately and timely.
• Use evidence-based practices to promote safety, mobility, and functional improvement.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and home care instructions.
• Maintain professional accountability and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
