Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and skilled 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as the therapist will float between inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible and have a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Core Hours
- Monday-Friday from 8:30-5
- Three weekend days per quarter
- Two holidays annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
- BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
Additional Functions
- Supervises students within departmental clinical education guidelines
- Promotes philosophy and objectives of NMH and Rehabilitation Services
- Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
- Serves on assigned departmental committees
- Attends/contributes to monthly departmental and discipline-specific service meetings

Sign-on Bonus Eligibility
