Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming. New graduates are encouraged to apply! Offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practices to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. You’ll also play a key role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation of care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to assess mobility limitations and therapy needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with the care team
• Recommend assistive devices and interventions to enhance safety and independence
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mobility strategies and fall prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies

Requirements

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license
• In good standing with all applicable licensing boards
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
