Physical Therapist II

About the role

The Physical Therapist II provides patient-centered care by developing tailored physical therapy programs based on age and diagnosis. Services are provided to diverse populations including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with conditions such as neurologic, orthopedic, post-surgical, and complex medical cases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats, and documents patient progress using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment
• Collaborates with physicians, case managers, and insurance providers
• May supervise therapy assistants, aides, and trainers

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• At least one year of experience
• South Carolina licensure
• BLS certification
