About the role

The Physical Therapist I – Pediatrics Outpatient – Days position at Endeavor Health offers evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to pediatric patients referred by physicians. This role also involves preparing and maintaining accurate patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing.
• Participate in the clinical supervision of students.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• Outpatient pediatrics experience preferred.

• Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the appropriate accrediting body.
• Experience: Outpatient pediatrics experience preferred.

Pay

The hourly pay range is $35.16 - $54.50, determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience.

Schedule

Days; M-Th approx. 10am - 6pm; Friday 8am thru 12 noon.
