Travel Physical Therapist jobs in a home health setting let you deliver one-on-one rehabilitation care to patients in their own homes. Qualifications
- Physical Therapist with Home Health Experience: 2 years
- Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted) (copy needed)
- Certifications: BLS-AHA (copy needed)
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- Valid Driver's License/Insurance coverage
- Recent Home health experience
- OASIS & EPIC Experience Required
- Must have NJ License - Coverage territory North Princeton, NJ
