About the role
Allied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks and offer a home-health setting for licensed Physical Therapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical-therapy evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Document progress and outcomes per regulatory and agency standards
Requirements
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited physical-therapy program
- Minimum of one year of recent home-health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Pay
$2,308.00 – $2,379.00 per week.
