What You'll Do

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards and state regulations.
• Implement and adjust the Plan of Treatment based on patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that supports and restores patients' well-being.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and patient function, setting realistic goals for improvement.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure (or provisional license if allowed by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act) with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Passion and expertise in delivering high-quality therapy.
