Physical Therapist Home Health $20K Sign on Bonus

Amedisys offers a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule with one full week off at a time and full-time benefits. Shift runs Wednesday–Tuesday.

Pay

$115K–$124K annually plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy educational program
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care (or regional clinical leader approval plus mentoring/residency program if less than one year)
• Current CPR certification
