We are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Physical Therapist to service our patients throughout the PeeDee area. Your Health Org is the perfect opportunity for you if you have a passion for providing patient care, improving outcomes, and building community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Performs visits in homes, ALF's, ILF's, clinics, and via Telehealth.
• This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
• This is a full-time 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).
• Guaranteed Monthly Bonus

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certified thought the therapy state board.
• A current license to practice in the state of SC.
• A current CPR Certificate.
• Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
• Ability to utilize electronic documentation required.
• Experience and/or interest in Pelvic Health is preferred.

Pay
