- Provide geriatric house calls to older adults
- Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

What You’ll Need
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Accredited physical therapy degree
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification

Pay & Schedule
- Full-time or part-time positions with benefits
- FOX Flex (PRN) positions with pay per visit
- Student Loan Repayment Program available in Georgia and South Carolina for eligible clinicians
