Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to older adults in their homes
• Drive clinical excellence through autonomous interventions
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care with a therapy team focused on functional outcomes
• Create and control your own treatment schedule

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for geriatric care and improving quality of life for older adults

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
