• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Provide 1:1 patient care
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Wisconsin)

Pay

$75,000–$100,000 per year + productivity bonuses, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
