About the role

This is a hybrid position working 3 days in person at our CORA clinic and two days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week).

Requirements

• Licensed in any compact state.
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states.

Qualifications

• Completed a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).

• Hands-on care in outpatient clinics.
• Develop personalized plans of care.
• Leverage tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions.
• Document evaluations and treatments clearly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
