Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) conducts patient examinations, evaluations, and develops treatment plans to optimize patient function, adhering to state practice standards. Responsibilities: Obtain medical histories, perform system reviews, select tests and measures, diagnose, plan, and adjust treatment interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise support staff, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy approved by the APTA, NY State licensure, and at least one year of experience. A DPT or Master’s degree is preferred. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and teamwork abilities. Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, determine treatment appropriateness, implement procedures, monitor progress, modify plans, and contribute to outcomes analysis. Ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with policies.
