About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient clinics, offering full-time and PRN positions with a sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, patient-centered care in outpatient settings
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize technology and outcome data to inform clinical decisions
• Accurately document evaluations and treatments
• Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and clinic culture

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible license as a Physical Therapist
• Passion for learning, growth, and making a positive impact
