Physical Therapist - Foot Care - Offering sign-on bonuses up to $20,000!

Responsibilities

Copley’s Foot Care Program:

• Utilize selective debridement skills to remove excess nail growth, shave calluses, cut out corns, and relieve pressure of ingrown toenails.
• Provide preventative care services to patients to maintain independent mobility and prevent pain, disability, and infection.

Inpatient Physical Therapy:

• Develop mobility necessary for patients with a wide range of diagnoses requiring physical therapy services.
• Support post-surgical care for patients undergoing total joint replacement.
• Communicate effectively and educate patients on learning new functional skills.

Outpatient Physical Therapy:

• Treat a diverse caseload of diagnoses including orthopedic, cardiologic, neurological, vestibular, developmental, and integumentary conditions.
• Work in four outpatient clinics providing therapy services.

Requirements

No Previous Physical Therapist Employment Experience Required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 1-2 years combined employment experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in acute care and orthopaedics outpatient. Wound care and/or cardiopulmonary rehab experience desired for certain clinics.
• Skills: BLS certification required within 6 months of employment, computer literacy in electronic medical record system including scheduling, dry needling, lymphedema care, vestibular rehabilitation, and postural restoration.

Pay

$35-40/hour. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.
