About the role

Multi-Site Float Physical Therapist providing coverage and clinical support across multiple clinics within a region.

Responsibilities

• Review patient histories and diagnose by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injury.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes.
• Provide regional coverage and support high-quality care across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Licensed in good standing as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Preferred 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience; new graduates encouraged.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• Enjoys teamwork, excellence, and helping others in a rewarding environment.

Pay

Compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 plus incentives.
