Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise care and treatments.
• Build meaningful relationships to understand patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and advocate for high-quality, compassionate care.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience acceptable.
