In collaboration with Family Medical Center of Hart County, we are a preferred outpatient orthopedic therapy service provider in Munfordville, KY. We seek a Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered, evidence-based care while fostering strong relationships with physician partners.

About the role

This position supports our vision of coordinating exceptional patient outcomes in a collaborative and supportive work environment. Full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time hours are available.

Pay

Full-time salary: $72,500 - $85,000

Requirements

• Current or pending PT license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• CPR certified
